3 steps to daily law of attraction routine

Having a daily Law of Attraction routine is a great thing if you are interested in manifesting certain things.

However, creating and implementing one in our everyday lives can be a little tricky. Here are three things you should have in your daily Law of Attraction routine and here’s how you can implement them so you can manifest your desires with ease.

We hear so many things about the Law of Attraction and how it works.  We even hear about different techniques that people use to manifest things with this universal law.  However, a lot of us don’t realize that the Law of Attraction can be simplified by using it on a daily basis with a routine.

My daily Law of Attraction routine includes completing a guided meditation, scripting, and spending time reviewing my vision board. Here’s why these three steps are so important to manifesting all desires and here’s how you can incorporate them into your daily practice.

1.  Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is something that I started doing this year.  Up until this year, I had always heard that it was important to regularly meditate or to regularly visualize.  However, I never realized the importance of this until I actually began regularly practising guided meditation.

Guided meditations are very similar to standard meditations.  The only difference is that someone guides you through it instead of you doing all the hard work.  Guided meditations can be extremely effective for those of us who have minds that never stop or are difficult to slow down.

A great place to find a guided meditation is by completing a simple YouTube search for guided meditations.  These meditations are all free and some of them only take 10 minutes to finish, so it’s typically very easy to incorporate one of these into your daily schedule.

The reason I like guided meditations so much in my daily LOA routine is that they help clear my mind and allow me to focus better.

When I have more clarity and sharper focus, I am able to see more things in my life to be grateful for and I’m able to focus specifically on them. This brings me to the second step in my daily Law of Attraction routine.

2.  Scripting/Journaling

Scripting and/or journaling is an extremely effective way to harness the power of the Law of Attraction in everyday life.  While journaling is a great habit to pick up, scripting is even better if your goal is to specifically use this daily practice for manifestation purposes.

Journaling mainly entails writing about your thoughts and feelings. This helps reduce anxiety, manage stress, and process what has already happened.  On the other hand, scripting is all about creating the life and feelings that you want.

So instead of writing about things that have already passed, scripting involves writing about the things that are coming.  Scripting gives us the opportunity to create the life we desire by writing about it as if it’s already here in our possession.

All you need to begin scripting is a pen and a journal set aside for scripting only.

Don’t worry about writing things down exactly how some people say to do. This can cause feelings of anxiety and nervousness, which can get in the way of manifestation altogether.  Just write down a few things you’re grateful for in your life and let the LOA flow from that.

It’s crazy to see just how much my life has changed in the few short months that I’ve been scripting to manifest a few certain things in my life!  I am certain that once you get the hang of scripting, you will also begin to notice so many more things in your life to be grateful for (and so many things that you’ve manifested as well!).

3.  Vision Board

Vision boards are a place to showcase what you want in life and remind you of these things daily. If you do not have a vision board (or multiple ones depending on your situation), you’re really missing out on the true power of the universal Law of Attraction.

Before we dive into how vision boards work, let’s touch base on the Law of Attraction again.  The main principle of the LOA (Law of Attraction) states that like attracts like. The universe is made of pure energy.  So if your energy is vibrating high, or you feel really good, that’s what you’ll attract back into your life.

If you have a vision board that showcases what you want in life while evoking the emotions and feelings that come along with these dreams, you will quickly be on your way to manifesting exactly what you want.

How To Create A Vision Board

There isn’t a right or wrong way to create a vision board specifically for you. In fact, each person is different. So the words, pictures, and phrases I put on my board may not work for you. It may take some time to get your vision board exactly how you want it, but you will know once it’s working.

Make sure you add plenty of pictures that represent things you want. For instance, do you want to buy a house?  Do you want a shiny new grey SUV? These items need to be hanging up on your board.

Also, words like happiness or relaxation, or other words that are known to evoke emotions need to be somewhere on the board too.  Remember, the universe loves when we’re specific with our dreams and desires; be as specific as possible.

Once you get your board up to your standards, put it in a place where you will see it regularly but isn’t out in the open. I keep mine in the closet of my office. It sounds a little weird, but this is a place that my cats can’t destroy and it’s always clean and distraction-free.

If you keep your vision board in a busy place, it will be harder to keep a clear mind, which can end up blocking manifestations from happening.  So, make sure it’s in a place that you can see it but not somewhere that’s too busy.

Make a point at least once a day to look at your vision board. Use this as a time to affirm these desires into your life and meditate on them. This helps keep your mind focused on what you want and keeps your emotional vibrations in check with the universe as well.

Let’s Recap

The three steps to having a daily Law of Attraction routine are

  • completing guided meditations
  • scripting, and
  • spending time reviewing your vision board

Guided meditations are important for increasing clarity and developing focus. When we’re able to develop clarity, we’re able to know the things to focus on and we see more things to be grateful for.

Scripting is effective in the manifesting process because it allows us to create the life we want by writing as if it’s already here. When we script, we write in the present tense and we’re also able to identify many things to be grateful for.

Finally, vision boards are vital with manifesting because they evoke emotions.  Emotions along with mental clarity and desires will manifest things extremely fast, no matter what it is you’re manifesting.

I really like the scripting idea. Writing things down definitely helps. And it’s always good to stay positive and focus on what we are grateful for. I recently started with meditation as well. The benefits are amazing!

I love the idea of a vision board! I haven’t made one for so long, I was probably back at school the last time I did one, I also like the idea of journaling/scripting and writing about things that are to come rather than things in the past, I bet it really helps with keeping a positive mindset!

I’d recommend choosing a time and place where you won’t be disturbed. If it’s your mind that’s wandering and distracting you, don’t worry, this is part of meditation. Simply notice it, don’t judge yourself and return your attention to the object of your meditation.
