Over To Kim

Journalling is a great way to release stress, but it’s also an amazing tool for self-development.

You answer questions about you and your life, and the answers might surprise you.

When you reflect on your answers, you’ll find out what parts of your life you’re happy with, and what parts need improvement.

Are you ready to start your self-discovery journey?

You don’t have to answer all the journal prompts at once.

You can decide to answer 5-10 before bed every day and reflect on your responses once you’ve answered them all.

Need a pretty journal to write everything down in?  Paperchase has a fantastic selection.  I love the positive sentiment on the front of this one in particular.

Reflect On Your Self-Discovery Journey

When you’re done answering the journal prompts, ask yourself:

‘What surprises me?’

‘What do I want to see different in my life?’

‘How am I going to create the life I want?’

Then in a year, answer the questions again, see if you answer them differently.

Journal prompts are a great way to get writing. I’m going to make sure I have a notebook with me when I’m at the hospital with my son next.

I have to do so many things with my time every day and journaling SHOULD be one of them but it isn’t right now… These are really good prompts for journaling though! They really make you think! Thanks for sharing Alison!
